I would advise against using this company. Not only was the service not of a particularly high standard, we were asked to pay the cleaners directly in cash on the day so we did. They said they couldn't provide a receipt and now the overall company is chasing us for the balance, claiming that we haven't paid, l and threatening to take us to the small claims court. Unfortunately we have been backed into a corner as they couldn't provide a receipt so we have no proof to counter claim. Take your money elsewhere for a better service and a more secure payment system.
