Absolutely useless we went to the Lakeside store to order our 5000 sofa and the guy serving us didn't really have a clue what he was doing that wasn't a good start. We then paid in full stupidly and ended up having to wait 3 months for our sofa to arrive only to realise when it was being delivered that they had ordered the wrong prices! We then had to wait another month for the right piece to arrive and only today we have had a letter through saying we owe them money?! When we paid in full back in January and it's now July.

Regularly visit the caf in Rayleigh with my Mum before tackling the food shop round the corner. Always great, friendly service, coffee is great too (we are super fussy - so this shouldn't be taken lightly!) And the cakes are lovely! Gifty/little bits section downstairs is also very handy - didn't know it existed!
