I ordered a sideboard, coffee table, tall bookcase, lower bookcase and a tv unit. Very happy with this service from beginning to end. When I phoned up to pay the balance and get an update on delivery, there was a slight delay on one item which wasn't a problem and I booked my delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day I had a phone call with a time, unfortunately my tv unit was missing but after a phone call it was located and delivered within a few days. I can't fault the service, all staff were friendly and helpful and even emails were replied to within the hour! Thank you Furnitute Barn!

Absolutely useless ordered a dining table and 4 chair s bank holiday August got given a timescale of 4 to 5 week s we are now on 12 week s still waiting and the staff do not bother to ring us to update us on progress or anygh we have had to call t least 7 time s to try and get an answer and still being told different thing s by different member s of staff. Blatantly just liar s not bothered a bout customer service and only knocked 35 pound delivery charge and 30 off the order! Would definitely NOT recommend and we will never be ordering from this so called company again absolute disgrace!
