We bought 2 stressless chairs and footstools, to replace 2 of the 6 we already had. The sales process was excellent, and the price competitive. When the furniture arrived, the appearance of the wood was somewhat different from the chairs we already had. Nicky Stamp worked very hard to resolve the matter with Ekornes, who manufacture Stressless, to our satisfaction. Stuart Munro completed the job in Nicky's absence.

Lovely curtains and blinds made to a good quality. The communication with the company fitting in around my schedule was great and flexible. The icing on the cake was they offered to change the D ring on my tie backs to match the new poles without me asking. Fitters are polite and efficient and reliable. I would recommend the company. The only fault is that they don't check the blinds before the day they come to fit them, and unfortunately mine were damaged and caused a 2 week delay in completing the fitting process. Hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating.
