Very poor communication, they change your weekly calendar every day, i was told I had finished for xmas on the 23 rd, then Xmas day i look at my calendar and they've put me down for motor depot out of the blue obviously I had made plans over Xmas! And they was expecting me to do it on my own when it's a two person job! I got the sack because of this how is this acceptable
