Phenomenal customer service
I didn't actually end up ordering anything due to confusion on my part, not understanding the product/pricing I was buying.

However, the communication and support I received was absolutely on another level. This company really does seem to care about the customer. Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering making a purchase.

Recently bought a second high end office chair from Officefurniturescene
I had some questions regarding bespoke and off the shelf items which were handled very knowledgably and efficiently by Neil, making my choice easy. The ordering was easy and delivery arrangements confirmed by telephone contact that they make with you once order is received and processed accordingly. Chair turned up on the day expected, well wrapped and protected - no issues at all

Great service. Great product. Called to enquire about a new home office chair on a Monday, talked it through with the salesperson, bought it, and was sitting in it by Noon on the following day. Had an excellent experience. I sent them an e-mail to get some clarification on the colours available for the Herman Miller chair that I wanted to purchase, and had quick responses and full colour charts. No sales pressure, just good service which helped to persuade me to buy.

Was advised a 20 day waiting time - and had a call exactly 20 days later to arrange delivery.

Service was excellent, exceptional even. Not only was it the best price I could find for a new Herman Miller chair online, I was immediately called to confirm a good time for delivery and had the chair the next day, less than 18 hours after I made the order. Incredible service that should be applauded and I will definitely use again in the future for any improvements I need for my office.

The chair we ordered is exactly what we wanted. The build and quality are excellent, and it is as comfortable as we hoped for. A more comprehensive manual would be useful, but we have worked out what we need to know. Delivery was fine, though not quite when we expected. The only improvement would be an occasional update on the progress of the chair's build and anticipated delivery date, as well as more information in a manual. Overall, delighted. Thank you.
