The scheme is designed to lower energy consumption, save waste and provide cost savings by adopting our recommendations. Although mandatory there are still many thousands of businesses who have still not had their ESOS assessment. We offer the opportunity to spread the cost of your ESOS assessment over the 5 year period, helping to phase in our recommendations.

Having completed over 6500 asbestos surveys for a range of clients from different sectors on all types of buildings and premises. Our experience Asbestos Management Team will guide you on the requirements for each survey, and conduct the appropriate sampling to identify the scope and extent of any asbestos in your premises. A TM44 Air Conditioning Survey is designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce consumption, reduce operating costs and the carbon emissions from your air conditioning system. The report provided will highlight improvements to the systems and potential opportunities for replacing older or oversized systems with new modern energy efficient systems. The replacement of refrigerant is restricted in older systems so it can be cheaper and more efficient to replace older systems with more modern energy efficient units.
