I had a lodger for a year and a half, and when they left, my spare room was in a terrible state (see attached picture). Initially, I thought I’d have to replace the entire carpet. However, after seeing several glowing reviews of Damien on Facebook, I decided to reach out—and I'm so glad I did! It honestly feels like I have a brand-new carpet. His responses were prompt, and he even sent me a summary video (it was so satisfying to watch the dirt pour out at the end!). I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
