In the event the customer cancel's the service following the first or second oven clean, the customer will be liable for any payments outstanding, up to the agreed 12 month contract term. Additional ad-hoc services can be added to your scheduled clean, eg cooker hood/ hob, etc, but must be booked in advance of your scheduled oven clean. Customers will receive an appointment reminder in advance of each scheduled clean, in order to arrange a suitable time to complete the clean.
