Ordered my first pallet of wood pellets yesterday. They arrived within half a day of paying, were left in a very convenient place and all bags were in perfect condition (not one single rip or tear in a whole pallet). Customer service has been excellent. Very happy customer who will be returning when I need another delivery.
After visiting their stall at the Halifax Show we decided to give them a go for our wood this year. We ordered 1.2CM of ash for our wood burner with some kindling and lighting cubes. The delivery was prompt to fit around me and the bloke who delivered it helped me with it to our shed for storage. We've tried a few companies but this is the best for customer service. We will be using them again. The 1.2CM is best value so we'll probably get another when we run out.
