We can carry out, usually at short notice, various types of building maintenance such as; repairing a window, replacing a door, painting & decoration, small plumbing jobs & small or large scale electrical jobs. No job is too big or too small. We only use sub-contractors who are fully trained and qualified to do the work they are employed to carry out. We also carry out planned maintenance on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, with NO up-font fee, you just pay us for each planned visit, as set out in the contract.

We have undertaken many extension projects for our customers. We have produced all the architects drawings, specifications (Completed to OUR customers requirements - Not what someone thinks they want or need!), recommended or appointed Structural engineers when needed and recommended a competent and qualified CDM Co-ordinator when required. We have arranged the planning application; contacted Buildng Control and rectified any amendments they may require and built the extension on time and within the budget.

A large proportion of our work is refurbishing many different areas of a school building. Once contacted, we arrange a site visit, where we carry out a measure of the area, offer advice, listen to your requirements. We then give you a detailed quotation and drawing, all free of charge, with NO obligation for you to book work through us!
