Pepperbox Interiors has been successfully providing a unique customer experience for over 15 years. We also breathe new life into old furniture, taking vintage pieces, customising them and giving them our hand-painted treatment - Our bespoke furniture has all had that special Pepperbox touch. After a lifelong fascination with interior design, Pepperbox Interiors was established in 2006 Cuckfield, West Sussex by Sarah Brehaut. A small but thriving independent interiors business with a real passion for customer service. Over the last fourteen years Pepperbox has become renowned for restoring and hand painting old pieces of furniture. When you step into Pepperbox now you'll see majestic old mahogany, oak or pine pieces sitting alongside industrial tables, chairs and bookcases. Bespoke iron bed frames lineup with beautiful upholstered button back chairs and hand painted vintage chest of drawers.

Interior lighting is probably one of the most important decisions to be made when planning any room, whether it be the kitchen, study, sitting room or bedroom. The right placement and choice of lighting will create an ambience in any room by creating light, shade and warmth. We stock a range of lamp bases: stone, ceramic, glass, metal and wooden bases together with a small selection of bases that we can paint to compliment your room design. To compliment our lamp bases we stock a good range of linen lampshades.

We can deliver our furniture and accessories to anywhere within the UK but we are more than happy for you to organise your own delivery of larger items.

We use mirrors for sale in the shop to create more light and to create the illusion of it being a larger space than it is. If you have a small room by hanging a mirror opposite a window you immediately create more light with the reflection from outside bringing more interest to the room too. A particular favourite at Pepperbox is to centre a mirror above a sideboard and frame it with a pair of tall table lamps or lean (best to attach to a wall for safety) a large floor length mirror behind a piece of furniture this again creates a feel of more space especially at the end of a corridor or hallway.

Bespoke furniture for the living room/lounge. Chests of drawers and tables made-to-order in a wide range of sizes and finishes, and hand-made chairs upholstered in a choice of fabrics or your own. Pepperbox's custom furniture can be made to suit any space. We also offer a selection of vintage furniture that has been painstakingly restored and hand-painted in wonderful colours from Farrow & Ball, and The Little Greene Paint Company. These bespoke pieces are one of a kind, so be sure to check regularly as our vintage furniture pieces sell faster than we can make them!
