Our premier cushions are made using spun acrylic which is the best material to use for the garden. They are double piped giving a luxurious feel and come with ties to secure to the furniture. The fabric is resistant to shrinking and staining. Our polyester cushions are single piped and and come with ties to secure to the furniture.

We bought a Belfry 8 seater but after only four years it is rotten through in places. We used the proper cover over winter as well. Tried customer services to get replacement seats and parts for the table top but after initially sounding helpful they then emailed to say they don't supply parts. Poor show as with a few repairs it would be useable again.
I originally chose A R because of quality and design of Roble swing chair. Its been nearly a year now and no problem with the furniture but minor problems with cover and canopy. I contacted the garden centre I purchased from, they were so negative about AR they said not even worth contacting AR as they always find an excuse not to honour warranty. So I didn't pursue until near the year end when I tried again, but this time direct to AR. They were great, no quibbling, offered solutions that far exceeded my expectations. All remedied in a couple of days. A truly good company to do business with.
