Still waiting to have our problem resolved. Furniture ordered December 2017, delivered March 2018. Damage still not rectified and the attitude of Hatters is disgraceful. Will revise the review if and when we get satisfactory outcome.

Would like to say a BIG thank you to Hatters. My Mum is disabled and a few weeks ago she damaged her chest of drawers (Which was bought from Hatters) by driving her scooter into the bottom draw and smashing the front fascia. Today, Hatters have been to my Parents house and have replaced the damaged draw FREE OF CHARGE. What a great service- didn't think this sort of thing happened any more! Thank you so Much, my parens are Delighted.
