Very disappointed with the service me and my mum received when visiting the warehouse clearance and the actual store. The warehouse staff were pretty friendly however when we were in the actual shop my mum asked a lady with short hair and glasses about a knifes and forks display who was very rude and unhelpful as when she asked she said erm yes what can I help you with quickly! No indication of any interest what so ever as she was too busy doing something at her desk. The staff were not friendly as our previous experiences. The shop is brilliant but think they need some new staff!

Lovely food, never had a bad meal here. Would recommend booking though, it gets very busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only small issue was having to walk up to the counter to look at their cakes, would've been better if they had all the choices on a menu or board. It wasn't as expensive as we imagined but you do get what you pay for. Really enjoyed our meal, will definatley go back
