Oxley's continue a long and proud English tradition of making metal garden furniture. Our Luxury outdoor furniture is handmade in recycled aluminium in classic designs, a rich palette of colours and beautiful outdoor fabrics. Our furniture is designed to be left outside year around wherever it lives. We work strenuously to ensure we make the most weatherproof furniture available. We deliver worldwide and our Luxury outdoor furniture graces some of the most beautiful properties imaginable. Customers can choose from a range of collections each of which can be finished in our extensive range of colours or matched to any RAL colour.

Add an endless variety of outdoor fabrics from Sunbrella, JAB International, Kravett, Cassamance and many more of the world's best fabric houses and its easy to see that every order we take is unique. Oxley's furniture is available in a range of 21 colours. The plain colours are high grade architectural polyester powder finishes which are applied electrostatically and cured in our high temperature ovens. Each plain colour comes in either a smooth or a textured finish. Our specialist finishes go through a further hand finishing process which gives them their unique and beautiful patina.

We have been producing fine quality cast and fabricated aluminium furniture from our Cotswold factory since 1991. Our components come from foundries where only the highest grade alloys are created by carefully refining & mixing different grades of recycled aluminium Our furniture is made in a combination of castings and profiles. For the castings the molten metal is poured into sand moulds which have been shaped to the form of the original hand carved design. The metal cools in its own time and the sand mould is then broken (each mould can only be used once) to extract the new casting.

Working with Architects and Designers we make furniture for specific locations. Projects vary in size from one small set for a client's apartment balcony, to providing furniture for all the outdoor entertaining areas in one of the world's grandest mansions. Each project we undertake is unique, furniture can be matched to any colour scheme and all soft furnishings can be made with customers own fabric.

With a realistic lead times we can create bespoke furniture for bespoke locations. Tables of very specific sizes or heights, chairs incorporating family crests or super sized sofas, most ideas are possible. After detailed discussions with the design specifier we supply technical drawings for customer approval before construction begins.
