Delivery service was great, but when i bought the cooker at the shop i was NOT informed it had no plug wire and that you have to have a certified electrician to fit one on and that it was going to cost me an extra 25 to get it done i was not happy at all and had to cope without a cooker for 2 days when i have a child not very impressed and nothing was done to try to help me either!
