always our first port of call whenever we want anything for our home. barry and his team are some of the nicest people i have met. they never try to push you into buying anything. trouble is everytime we go we do end up buying. dean was patience itself helping mum buy a riser/recliner chair and we spent around 2 hours finding the right one for her. he never grumbled as we tried chair after chair in fact he joked with us all the time and reassured mum nothing was any trouble. said delivery would be 4 weeks and it arrives here friday exactly as he said. that led to us looking at beds and two weeks later we were back to buy one. kerry was brill with us again laughing and joking and not minding how long we tried the beds. that agin led to my daughter deciding she wanted an ottoman bed so we went back again today. kerry again was so helpful advising which one was best for my daughter as she has cerebral palsy and needed one she could actually work. over the years we have bought almost all of the furniture in our home from here and have never been disappointed once. 5 stars to barry and his team

The staff at furniture factors where fantastic with me on Thursday I had redone all my sons bedroom and ordered some furniture only to be told they weren't delivery and furniture factors went above and beyond to help me finish my sons bedroom for his birthday. Furniture was delivered and assembled all before half past 3 for his party. I would highly recommend furniture factors to anyone I can't thank them enough. Very happy customer indeed x
