Carvills were established in Sussex in 1770 and for the last 250 years we have been helping people furnish their homes throughout Sussex and beyond. We have always been family owned and run, Mark, Richard and Heidi Arno the current owners are the third generation of their family to run Carvills. We have a fantastic team working both in our shop and workshop. Our aim is to continue to offer you our customers an ever-changing mix of the best products for you and your home in the shop and the best input and advice when it comes to our services.
Trimmings or passementerie, those finishing touches that enhance and embellish and when added can transform a fabric or wallcovering. We are constantly adding to our library with new collections and are happy to loan books or organise samples to be sent to you. Our showroom is available on a exclusive use basis only so you will have the whole showroom to yourself to browse at your leisure, if the thought of wading through samples fills you with dread and you would like guidance and input from one of our experienced team we will be delighted to help.

Fantastic shop. The windows are dressed beautifully for christmas. Staff are always so helpful and pleasant. A pleasure to shop there. Uckfield town centre is becoming a great place to shop. Nice shops lovely people and great coffee shops.
