We have used Baby Lady to purchase our pram, from start to the end we have received an excellent customer service. Just recently we had a little issue with one of the wheels on the pram, we yet again received an amazing service, got a spare chassis so we were still able to use our pram, without any problems. The staff is always very friendly and more then helpful. Highly recommend (as already our friends went and bought pram from them too) would not go anywhere else.
Visited the store last week to look at prams. Outstanding customer service, in fact probably the most friendly, approachable and helpful service I have had. 100% recommend for anyone who is looking for a shop that makes the experience personal for such an exciting time.
I am probably the baby lady's most difficult indecisive customer like ever! But I'd just like to say iv been buying frm baby lady for over 7 years now and wld never go anywhere else Iv had more than 10 different prams buggis strollers and the service u get here is the best Debbie will do everything in her power t pls her customers. Highly highly recommend this amazing store if Debbie doesn't stick it it's not worth having Iv never spoke to any1 with more knowledge or patience. Amazing helpful staff there everyday
