To all the team at Simon Thomas Pirie 'bespoke' still means something; an individual attention to detail that differs in every project, getting to know and understand our clients and what they really want, then translating that through the design and making process to create beautiful spaces. Simon and his dedicated team design and make a huge variety of projects for clients in the UK and further afield. Regardless of whether it's a small occasional table, a dining set, a kitchen or one of our stunning interiors, all the luxury furniture that leaves the workshops is instilled with the same passion.

Simon Thomas Pirie Furniture was established over two decades ago by Simon Pirie. In 2007 the business significantly expanded, moving to its current location at Briantspuddle, near Dorchester in Dorset. All projects are now manufactured at the well-equipped 'Courtyard Workshops' where the showroom is also located. We at Simon Thomas Pirie Ltd pride ourselves on creating furniture and interiors that are very special because our clients, be they individuals, architects or interior designers, demand excellence.

A Simon Thomas Pirie interior combines the practical and the pleasurable. We create great spaces to work in as well as beautiful spaces to live in: kitchens and interiors that become the heart of a home. In our kitchens we achieve something far beyond the 'off the shelf' solutions that many of the better-known luxury brands can deliver. Unlike many who describe what they do as 'bespoke' we are not limited by the constraints of fixed ranges. No two kitchens or interiors we have ever made look the same because no two clients and no two projects are the same.

The key to Simon Thomas Pirie's values is in our relationships, be they with individual clients, architects, interior designers or developers, they are all important to us. We take pride in building those long-term relationships through good communication, problem solving, design flair and manufacturing expertise. Our professionalism-we care about getting it right and delivering complex bespoke projects on time and on budget. Our passion-our obsession with detail, understanding of materials, processes and construction sets us apart.

Meet the people who design and hand-build every piece that leaves our workshop. Our skilled team have been tasked with making everything - from a professional cocktail bar to a ceremonial university mace. It is partly this breadth of work that makes Simon Thomas Pirie such an appealing place to work. Simon is the creative director but also an accomplished furniture maker. His role is largely client facing so it is Simon that will be responsible the early stages of most projects, including design and costing.

In our workshops our expert cabinet makers manufacture in both solid timbers and veneers, utilising techniques from steam bending to CNC machining. We combine the high-tech with traditional skills, modern making techniques and boundless creativity to make the Simon Thomas Pirie workshops an exciting place to come and visit to discuss your project.
