I strive to provide you with a fantastic selection of carefully chosen, quality items of Georgian and earlier furniture, Wemyss ware, rugs and carpets, Treen, Ceramics and objects D'art. I have recently moved shop premises from Inchmartine House to the well established Rait Antique Centre in the Carse of Gowrie. I have many years of experience behind me, having spent my whole life in the Antiques trade as have several generations of my family before me.
As well as selling antiques Carse Antiques & Restorations as the name suggests provides a first class restoration service. The restoration service is carried out by myself, Andrew Stephens. I have spent my whole adult life as an antiques restorer and cabinet maker. As well as being self taught I trained with the renowned antiques restorer Don Wright and also spent several years working as a cabinet maker with Andwells Antiques of Hartley Witney (now no longer in business). I specialise in the restoration of mainly Antique Furniture pre 1850 although later quality furniture is also repaired.
