Questions
Are Murdoch Troon kitchens made entirely from solid timber?
Yes, all furniture including doors and carcasses is made from solid timber, except parts exposed to extreme heat which use composite materials for durability.
Can you customise kitchens for unusual room shapes?
Yes, we create individually tailored units to fit any room shape or size, avoiding standardised dimensions to match your specific space.
Do you provide granite worktops?
We supply solid oak worktops as standard but can provide island units without worktops for customers to add granite or other materials separately.
How much do your kitchens cost?
Prices start from £5,295 for galley kitchens, with most bespoke options ranging between £7,000 and £18,000 depending on size and specifications.
Do you fit kitchens outside England?
We only install kitchens within England but can supply freestanding or bespoke units for self-collection and installation elsewhere.
How do you maintain solid oak worktops?
Our oak worktops require occasional treatment with wood-preserving oil, which we recommend and provide instructions for long-term care.
