Services
Furniture reupholstery
Our specialist reupholstery service restores both antique and modern furniture to their former glory. Using traditional techniques and premium materials, we replace worn covers, repair structural components, and enhance comfort through cushion replacement or padding upgrades. Clients can choose from our extensive selection of fire-retardant fabrics and English leathers, or supply their own materials for custom finishes. This service particularly benefits mid-century modern pieces and designer furniture requiring authentic restoration.
Leather repairs
We offer comprehensive leather restoration solutions for domestic and automotive applications. Our expertise covers scuff removal, tear repair, colour restoration, and complete panel replacement. Using specialist techniques, we address damage from pets, spills, and everyday wear while maintaining the leather's natural characteristics. All repairs include protective top-coat applications to ensure lasting results and prevent future deterioration.
French polishing
This traditional wood finishing technique enhances the natural beauty of timber furniture. Our skilled craftsmen apply multiple layers of shellac by hand to create a deep, lustrous finish that protects against scratches and wear. Ideal for antique restoration projects, we also offer modern lacquer alternatives for high-use items requiring enhanced durability while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Car seat restoration
Specialist repair service for vehicle interior leather and vinyl. We restore damaged seats from classic and modern vehicles, matching leather colours and textures precisely. Our mobile service handles scuff repair, stitching restoration, and panel replacement for luxury brands including Jaguar, Mercedes, and BMW, ensuring seamless results that maintain the vehicle's interior integrity.
Structural repairs
We address critical furniture framework issues including collapsed structures, broken rails, and damaged joints. Using traditional joinery techniques, we rebuild chair arms, sofa frames, and chair legs on-site where possible. This service prevents further damage to upholstery while restoring the furniture's stability and extending its usable lifespan significantly.
