So disappointed with the management of the Cafe. I was in there today with my friend and two young children for lunch and we ordered a pot of tea for two and asked for an extra cup for the little one to have a cup. We were told it was not company policy to allow this! After a conversation with the manager who would not budge we had to pay for a third cup of tea! Not very customer friendly especially given the amount of competition in the town. Sadly we will not be returning.
Very helpful staff, quality products and after sales service is excellent. (Even though you get charged for additional teabags in the pot if you like stronger tea!)
