I used this service around 5 times, first time toilet wasn't cleaned, once had several calls during day to say be later only to finally cancel and rearrange as the job they were on was bigger than anticipated. Final straw was 2 weeks ago when no one turned up, called, left message, was called back 4hrs later telling me I must have been out, her son had taken a photo outside my house to prove he was there! Was told would sort it out-nothing but tbh won't be using them again.
