Makers of traditionally styled furniture, hand-crafted from sustainably grown solid hardwood. Our inspiration comes mainly from 18th Century Gustavian and French design - sometimes with an English or Shaker twist. We sell our furniture in standard sizes from stock or made to your measurements. It is available either unfinished (raw) for you to paint, stain or wax as you require or we can finish an item for you, either in one of our standard House Colours or from a number of other different finishes.

Although we now send our products to customers all over the world we remain very much a family firm, with just one showroom and a large warehouse. All of our furniture is carefully handmade by experienced craftsmen using the finest natural materials, all sourced from controlled and sustainable plantations. Most of our furniture is made from Mango, a fruitwood with very interesting grain and great variety of figure and colour. It is a strong dense hardwood and comes from sustainably grown fruit plantations.

You are constantly telling us how difficult it is to find furniture of a certain size so we are delighted to be able to offer a Bespoke Service. Bespoking furniture for our clients forms an increasing share of our workload. Perhaps this reflects the difficulty you have in finding exactly what you need. Most of our customers are pleasantly surprised by how little it adds to the cost to commission a piece in a bespoke size. We can play on variations of our own designs and modify sizes of our collection to suit you.
