Spoke to Sue at 1.15pm today, to say that my boiler had a problem (not working.) The engineer arrived around 3.30pm. His name was Jerry. He was polite, professional and had us up and running in no time. Jerry was smartly turned out, wore overshoes to protect our carpets and was a credit to the company.
