Very cold weather caused many boilers to stop working. Probable cause of this might be a frozen/blocked condense pipe. To save money on call out you can disconnect condense pipe from boiler and just put a bucket/bowl/ container underneath to catch condense discharge. Just keep emptying it until weather improves and reconnect condense pipe back. You can try to taw frozen pipe but there is high chance it will freeze again. Good luck
