Doug did some work for my parents recently to maintain their heating system. It was a laborious job and Doug needed to come back to follow up on the work once the system had been flushed through. When Dad asked Doug for his bill, Doug said dad had enough problems without his bill. I just wanted to say a huge thank you Doug. Its so reassuring as a daughter to know that my parents will be warm this winter & that they can rely on a great tradesman with a kind heart.

They replaced our old boiler a few years ago and service it yearly, it was a painless experience, using D Cowan Domestic Plumbing and heating. I found them very helpful, they work tidily and clean up after themselves and theyre very respectful of your property. I have used them multiple times now, and
My Children now use them too. We are having our bathroom replaced by them in April so cant recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend Doug, Sam, Dennis & Rupert. All extremely friendly and trustworthy guys who produce excellent work. Finished a whole bathroom refit in 7 days and left the place spotless! They were always on hand for questions, explaining everything in a simple and understandable manner. I cant fault them.
