All heating engineers in Upperplumbers have passed 2 years plumbing course governed by City&Guilds Level 2 and Level 3. Our engineers are also Gas Safe Registered and holders of a valid licence. Upperplumbers operatives are also qualified in carrying out any type of work on Unvented cylinders including Installation, service and maintenance. Our Unvented G3 certificate number is 115399.
We give you a clear full price including VAT, materials and labour before doing any work on your boiler. If our engineer doesn't have a spare part in his stock or he is not able to get the part on the same day then a new appointment will be made as soon as possible to fix you boiler (depends on the boiler spare part availability from our suppliers).
