We undertake all types of work from simple plumbing and electrical repairs to major refurbishments and building projects. Gaspark was originally created in 1999 to provide gas safety records and electrical testing for rental properties. The two founding partners had extensive and complimentary experience. One had been in Estate Agency and property management for nearly 20 years, managing thousands of properties for private Landlords and commercial clients. The other partner brought more than 20 years experience as a plumbing and heating engineer. With this joint experience and a commitment to providing high quality and totally reliable service, the company soon responded to customer demand and expanded its services to include all types of property maintenance and repair for homeowners, private and commercial Landlords.

All of our heating engineers are direct employees of Gaspark and all are Gas Safe registered.

Gaspark have carried out complete refurbishments in all types of property including listed buildings and schools, as well as all types of residential property. The quality of Gaspark's skilled tradesmen and engineers, covering all the required building and specialist trades, makes us uniquely placed to undertake almost any refurbishment project. We work closely with specialist architects, interior designers and structural engineers all under the supervision of our own experienced Project Manager.

Gaspark offers a fully comprehensive property maintenance service including all types of property repair. It means we can be a single provider of services for commercial Landlords and Agents who want to avoid problems, crossover confusion and time consuming management of separate suppliers. We provide dedicated multi-skilled teams and programmed repairs, working to a schedule/appointment system to meet our clients requirements. We employ specialists in all the regular property maintenance trades and our carefully selected engineers all work to our 'right-first-time' standards and ensure we deliver consistently high quality standards for customers.

Our services can be delivered individually for ad-hoc repairs and installations, or they can be combined and managed as part of a comprehensive property maintenance service or to deliver a major refurbishment project. Our service centre is manned Monday to Friday from 7am till 7pm and between these times your call will always be answered by a knowledgeable and helpful member of our team - never by a machine. Reliability is key for us, both in terms of the quality of our work and our service delivery.
