Services
Boiler Replacement
We specialise in modern boiler installations meeting current energy efficiency standards. Our engineers assess property requirements to recommend Worcester-Bosch, Vaillant, and Baxi-Potterton models. We include central heating filter installation for system protection. Competitive pricing available when combined with powerflushing services. All installations comply with Part L building regulations.
Powerflushing
Professional powerflushing removes sludge buildup from central heating systems. This process improves efficiency, eliminates cold spots, and extends boiler lifespan. We handle systems with average 3kg sludge removal, addressing common issues like poor heat distribution and high fuel bills. Recommended for systems without inhibitor treatment history.
Gas Safety Certificates
We provide Gas Safety Records for landlords, including flue flow tests and carbon monoxide checks. Our Gas Safe registered engineers ensure compliance with annual inspection requirements. Combined service discounts available for boiler servicing and safety checks. Valid certification issued for tenant protection assurance.
Central Heating Servicing
Annual boiler servicing maintains efficiency and safety. Our checks include combustion analysis, component inspection, and safety device testing. Regular maintenance prevents unexpected failures and prolongs equipment lifespan. Recommended for all domestic heating systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Drain Unblocking
Emergency drain clearing service for sinks, baths, and showers. We handle blockages in waste pipes and urinals using professional equipment. Diagnostic charges apply for fault identification. Available for residential and commercial properties across our service areas.
