Our work carries a guarantee which is valid for 12 months from the date of the work completed. Your invoice is your reference for your guarantee. Full terms and conditions regarding your guarantee, are clearly stated on the back of our invoices and on the website. Manufactures warranty for the boilers ranges from 1-5 years depending on the make of the boiler. Some work/repairs that has been carried out may not be able to be guaranteed, and will be marked on your invoice in the non-guaranteed box.

I want to express my gratitude towards the service of RSF Group, These guys are very professional and take pride on the work that they do. I had Danny install a Vaillent boiler for my home and was very pleased on the workmanship of the installation. He was very thorough and Danny main concern was to make sure the job was done right.finished clean and tidy and on time
Since then I had a brand new sump pump installed and a few minor issues taken care of. They are a very courteous group of employees and I definitely made the right decision contacting them to do the work in my home.
