NEED A NEW SNOW BLOWER? 5 Reasons why you should buy your snow blower from East End Hardware Hank in Superior rather than a major retailer. 1. It was SOLD TO ME. When someone buys a major purchase, they want a salesperson to SELL it to them. Wendy, (who owns the story with her husband Roger) knew everything there is to know about the complete line of Ariens snow blowers they have in stock. 2. They assemble the machines, put oil and gas in them and test them to be sure everything is in working order. 3. Wendy explained the warranty and said they would take care of registering it for me. She showed me all the paperwork and stapled a copy of the receipt to the manual so it wouldn't get lost. (At this point, I'm wondering if she knows me THAT well. or if it's just a guy thing). 4. When we picked it up, Roger, (the owner) when through everything I need to know about how to run the machine. He loaded it on to the truck with a ramp, then he let us use the ramp to be able to unload it when we got it home (snow blowers are NOT light). 5. Finally, it was CHEAPER than the major retail store! Actually, it was the same price, but because I bought it in Superior, rather than Duluth, the tax was $30 less than what I would have paid at the box store in Duluth.
