The innovative, stylish and compact single fan outdoor unit utilises advance technologies to deliver improved efficiencies. Designed to satisfy domestic premises permitted development standards (MCS020), the market leading low noise levels. Anderson Floor Warming underfloor heating is a low temperature system using heated water circulating in PE-Xa pipes installed within the floor construction. Heat is transferred from the pipes to the floor, then, predominantly by gentle heat. In properties where it is not possible to install a ground source heat pump, an air source heat pump can be used.

Anderson Floor Warming And Renewables have been at the forefront of the UK underfloor heating and plumbing market developing state of the art systems for over 10 years. Using the latest technology, Anderson Floor Warming's in house technicians and engineers work closely with clients, architects and service engineers to ensure the most appropriate specification and layout for each application. Project engineers manage the highly trained installation teams from site start to completion. Anderson Floor Warming And Renewables offer a complete underfloor heating and advanced plumbing solution.

Anderson Floor Warming underfloor heating is a low temperature system using heated water circulating in PE-Xa pipes installed within the floor construction. Heat is transferred from the pipes to the floor, then, predominantly by gentle heat radiation, to the room. The entire surface of the floor gives off heat, which means that heat emission per square meter remains low. Our qualified and experienced in-house technical design team can advise on the system most suitable to your project, and provide free estimates.

Although we love a challenge of heating with innovative renewable energy technologies, we understand that not all properties are suitable for these applications. So if you are looking to replace or upgrade your boiler or need an expert team to design and install a new heating system, we can help. As approved installers for Vaillant (a German brand), we can provide you with a solution tailored to your heating requirements. Our in house team carries out heat loss calculations for each project before we provide you with a quote which means that we look at each project in detail to understand the heating and hot water requirements in order to find the best product which will provide a long term solutions.

Ground source heat pumps are one of the fastest growing, yet already long established, renewable energy sources. They are electrically powered systems, which utilise the largely unexploited resource of the earth's relatively constant temperature to make use of energy from the ground heat to provide space heating, cooling and hot water. Most commonly GSHP's are indirect systems where a water/antifreeze solution circulates through a ground loop or bore collector and energy is transferred to or from the heat pump refrigerant circuit via a heat exchanger.

We recommend that to achieve optimum efficiency of the underfloor heating system the use of weather dependent (weather compensation) flow temperature control, properly balanced and set in line with the design for adjustment of the primary and loop flow. We also recommend the settings are recorded for future reference. The floor heating is covered with damp barrier (age constant plastic) and after that rag paper or cell foam. On top of that a load bearing floor. Note that rag board must never be laid directly on the underfloor installation as this may cause squeaking.

Anderson Floor Warming's pipe is a PE-Xa (molecular cross linked high density polyethylene), which has been used in heating and potable water systems since the beginning of the 1970's. In practice, and in normal operation conditions, PE-Xa pipe life expectancy is far longer, as much lower temperatures and pressures are used. The pipe has qualified in tests as a PE-X 100 material, which is a stamp of quality not held by any other PE-X pipes of equivalent size to our current range. Pressure resistance is tested according to ISO 9080.

Anderson Floor Warming Underfloor Heating using XPS is suitable for floating floors on solid floor constructions. The system includes a type-approved insulation board in XPS. This material has high insulating properties as well as being excellent for short or long-term loads. It also has good acoustic suppression characteristics. Slotted and turning boards are available in 30 and 50mm thicknesses. We recommend that to achieve optimum efficiency of the underfloor heating system the use of weather dependent (weather compensation) flow temperature control, properly balanced and set in line with the design for adjustment of the primary and loop flow.

Anderson Floor Warming underfloor Heating may be fitted using Anderson Floor Warming System Board 30 for embedding in screed constructions. The system boards are made of EPS closed cell expanded polystyrene and shaped so that the laying of the underfloor heating pipe can be adapted to the heat requirements of the building. The design allows the underfloor heating pipe to be embedded in screed, while also being protected from contact with the reinforcement (if used). The systemboard provides 30mm additional insulation.

Anderson Floor Warming Underfloor Heating using LK Slotted Board EPS 16 is for laying on a load-bearing floors only; giving exceptionally low construction height. The system is made up of slotted insulation boards, 16mm thick, with an aluminium heat distribution plate, 0.5mm thick, factory fixed. The heat distribution plate covers the entire surface of the insulation board. The slotted board, turning board and feeding board are made of high density EPS and provides extremely high resistance to short and long term compression.

In properties where it is not possible to install a ground source heat pump, an air source heat pump can be used. Slightly less efficient than ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps still deliver excellent efficiency levels. Air source heat pumps extract heat from the external ambient air and transfer it to your heating and hot water system. There may be grants or loans available to those installing heat pumps in their property through an MCS accredited installer like Anderson Floor Warming And Renewables.

Bob and Rob came by my house and within a few hours I had two brand new windows. There was very little noise and mess to the process and when they were done I had two new awesome Windows.
