William came same day to fix my leaking kitchen sink pipe and even managed to fix my dripping tap as an added bonus, which multiple plumbers hadn't been able to do. William was very responsive to my messages, professional and provided a quality finish. Would definitely recommend and will be using his services again.

Very pleased with William and Nathan and all the work they did for us this week. They are friendly, helpful and definitely seem to know what they are doing!
We found ourselves in need of a plumber when we noticed a leak of some kind near our toilet, and we had a dripping tap in the kitchen which we needed fixing. I contacted William at the weekend who was very quick to respond, and after sending over some photos he was able to give us a quote for the tap and said he would fit us in on Monday so we did not need to pay emergency rates for weekend work which we were pleased with. On Monday morning he contacted me to confirm a time and was very accommodating to our availability, and he stayed until all the work was done. He fixed the tap first quickly and effectively, and when he checked the leak in our bathroom he found it was a prior leak that had been patched over by the previous owners repeatedly until the patch eventually gave way, so he removed and repaired the seals properly so this wouldn't be a problem any more. As this second issue was fiddly and difficult to get to, it took around three hours to complete, but he was more than willing to stay until the job was done, I didn't have to ask him to and I never felt he was in a rush. Then, at the end of the appointment he charged a fair rate based on the work that was done as opposed to a flat hourly rate like some other companies, which I found really refreshing and reasonable.
Overall, I am very pleased I found William to help us out and I will definitely use him again if we have any further problems. Would thoroughly recommend!
