I have moved into a new house built by Linden homes. The heating system which was fitted by Heatcraft is appallingly poor. Most of the rooms do not heat adequately taking too long or not even getting to to the set temperature. Also the system is supposed to heat the downstairs and upstairs independently but the upstairs will only work when the downstairs is working. I have had numerous visits from Heatcraft and Linden people but to no avail.
