Without going into small details, Siann communicated with me with a personal touch as well as professional and made me feel not only like a valued customer but also a human being needing some reassurance. Siann arranged for Craig to come out same day and Craig was upfront and honest and put my mind at ease after having another company frighten me into needing a new boiler or having my gas cut off with a 4 week old baby at home during the winter.
