From its origins over 30 years ago, North Group has slowly evolved to be a market-leading design-and-build contractor and aftercare maintenance company based in the northeast of Scotland. Initially specialising in refurbishing offshore accommodation for the oil and gas industry, our range of expertise has expanded to meet the growing and changing demands of the onshore construction industry, property refurbishment and asset maintenance sectors. North provides a comprehensive range of products and services catering for these markets, delivering a diverse project portfolio which ranges from luxury joinery fit-outs to bespoke manufactured items, with the added benefit of being able to offer both supply and installation services.

With design being a key element in the quality of any project, North Group are able to offer in-house architectural services, with capabilities at every stage of the RIBA Plan of Work. Our efficient professional services team understand the practicalities of buildability and project programming, and our studio further benefits from the budgetary and technical support that is readily available from our contracts and site trades specialists. The practice carries full professional indemnity insurance, and our holistic design approach considers the importance of environmental sustainability as well as the practicalities of use and maintenance.
