Unlike most companies we do NOT have a "call out charge", our local Plumbers are working in the North East area and are available 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week. We are a true 24 Hour company and understand the needs of our customers, our small job charges are the same at all times of the day, all days of the year. We specialize in the small jobs that other plumbers don't like, we have set our service up so we can react quickly to emergency situations, because of this we don't take on large jobs like bathroom installations and central heating renewals, 90% of the jobs we undertake are completed within 1 hour whenever possible, and most are quoted as a completed job not hourly.
