Do you offer emergency boiler repair services?
We provide urgent boiler repair services during our working hours (Mon-Sat 9am-7pm). For safety reasons, we cannot offer 24/7 emergency call-outs.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, all our engineers hold current Gas Safe registration and participate in ongoing manufacturer-specific training programs for major boiler brands.
How much does a gas safety certificate cost?
Landlord gas safety certificates start at £95 for up to 3 appliances, with additional appliances costing £55 each. Re-issuance of certificates costs £10.
What boiler brands do you work with?
We service and repair all major boiler brands including Baxi, Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal, and Glowworm, with specialist diagnostic equipment for each manufacturer.
Do you provide warranties on new boiler installations?
Yes, our boiler installations come with manufacturer warranties up to 10 years (terms apply) including parts and labour coverage.

We have used MGP for sometime now and the service has always been prompt and reliable. Yesterday our boiler finally gave up prompting us to contact Michael to replace it. Today new boiler fitted! How about that for service! Very few companies would be able to arrange and fit a new boiler following receiving a call only the evening before. Thank you
