Boiler breakdown at the worst time (one of februarys coldest days). Very quick to send an employee to assess the problem which was a faulty pump. Booked in the following day for new pump fitting and all radiatiors bled of air quickly and efficiently. Ive gone from chattering teeth to feeling hot within a few hours. Fast workmen and efficient, clean and tidy. Politeness was exceptional and we were kept informed of everything that was being done. Very impressed

Boiler packed up this morning and hubby phoned these guys, they were out within minutes and back within 2 hours to install a new boiler. By thetime I got home everything was sorted - great service guys!
