We deal with domestic and commercial plumbing requirements from leaking taps, pipework and boiler services right up to complete commercial installations, landlord certification and PAT testing. ARK Property Services are fully Gas Safe registered for natural gas, LPG and Oftec qualified for oil. I have recently had a major refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom carried out by ARK Services.

We offer boiler installation and annual services, safety checks and repairs as well as maintenance on both the domestic and commercial systems. We also offer power flushing and the installation of magnetic filters on all types of boilers.

Ark Services is an established company, providing a range of domestic gas installation and maintenance services both to the private and public sectors. We can help give you and your family peace of mind over the safety and condition of all your gas appliances. Plus we can help to cut your energy costs by installing only A-rated energy efficient products. Our qualifications cover the installation and maintenance of gas appliances in caravans and mobile homes, boats and mobile food premises.

Our maintenance services cover a wide range of domestic requirements. We can relocate pipework allowing for radiators to be moved, we supply all the services associated with a kitchen or bathroom refit such as plastering and tiling. Ark Services are qualified to be able to work with natural gas, LPG and oil as well as being fully gas safe registered. We also work on small building projects such as building alterations, extensions and general property repairs and improvements. We are also experienced in dealing with the installation, service and maintenance of swimming pool heating systems.
