Condensing Boilers AKA Energy-Saving boilers. Unlike standard boilers, a condensing boiler is a high efficiency boiler that extracts most of its heat from flue gases. Therefore very little heat is wasted through the flue saving money on your heating. Combi boilers produce an immediate supply of hot water any time of the day or night i.e. the system does not store hot water, but rather heats water as you use it. A combination boiler has no cylinder, tank or connecting pipe work, so it reduces your hot water costs and saves space in your home.
Power Flushing is a process by which heating systems are cleansed from sludge (rust) by using chemicals with a Power Flushing pump. We connect Power Flush machine and filter to your central heating system pipe work. Then flush the whole system without removing any additional radiators. The process makes no mess and courses minimal disturbance to the home. At the end of the Power Flushing process, the system contains fresh clean water. Power flushing is a more efficient and quicker way of cleaning a central heating system.
DJW Plumbing provided a great service; from the initial visit right through to commissioning. Darren was able to answer all of my questions about the technical/ logistical aspects of the replacement boiler and cylinder installation. Everything was efficient and smooth, beginning with the quote, then on to the delivery of the system and the installation. Especially in a house with two small children, gas was available when required and hot water was never unavailable when needed either and this was over the 4 day job. Darren and his team were extremely professional, and I am very happy that I decided to go ahead with DJW Plumbing.
I was very pleased with the work carried out by the DJW Plumbing team. Darren's initial survey was quickly followed by a detailed and comprehensive quotation. This was a boiler replacement in a difficult situation at which most others would have baulked but the job was accepted and carried out efficiently and professionally with minumum upset. Darren and his team @ DJW Plumbing & Heating LTD have just completed an upgrade of our central heating system and installation of a new boiler. Darren's advice was excellent from the initial stages right through the refit. Any problems encountered were discussed and solved and we always felt that safety was a prime concern. Darren and his team quoted on and installed a Honeywell Evohome 10 zone Central Heating App and wirelessly controlled System. During the process he was really informative and reassuring if we ever had any queries. He also kept us up to date with progress through all stages of the installation of the new boiler & radiators with a quick call every few days.
