Emergency leak during difficult CORVID-19 lock down procedures. John Clark plumbing still came round within a few hours of calling to fix the problem when many others refused - leaving a substantial leak for weeks was not an option. Prompt service,quick call back, quick repair and reasonable price. Can recommend.

Concealed cistern connection pipe broken and water flowing everywhere on a Friday night. John came out as promised on time. Closed water and identified parts required. Now replaced and working perfectly.

Had an issue with overflowing central heating system. Another company had replaced a part in our back boiler which didnt resolve. Turned out it was a faulty hot water tank. Other company took too long to quote. John came out (on a Saturday) measured up, quoted and did the work (on a Saturday) within a couple of weeks. Solved the problem immediately. Other company finally quoted over a week later and was considerably more expensive. Would use again and have already recommended to other family members.
