Had an appointment at 11.00. Got a phone call 12.20 saying he was late so re booked for Monday at 5.00. 5.40 got a phone call saying he was late again and would rather do it tomorrow as he had a bad day. Ok once is acceptable and twice a phone call before 5.00 would be courteous but I guess if he doesn't need the work or money that's fine but wasted two days waiting for a guy who couldn't be bothered to do a service.
