We then installed new under-tile breathable felt, timber treated tile battens and new slates which included the lower slate roof extension. In addition, we had to cut new roof-lights into the side elevation which were supplied and installed by our Company.

In this project we installed a new flat GRP fiberglass roof to this detached home in Virginia Water, Surrey. This was a large house in Walton-on-Thames that we completed in September 2015. Our client had been let down by 2 previous contractors. We supplied and fitted new Clay roof tiles along with new GRP central gully and new lead works to the large chimney stacks. As you can see was a large roofing project which our team completed within 6 weeks from start to finish. Our clients were extremely pleased with the final appearance and with our professional attitude on how we conducted and carried out this contract.
Our Customer called us regarding water ingress they were experiencing from their existing shared chimney stack in Haslemere, Surrey. We supplied scaffolding as required and the chimney needed re-rendering, the top required re-flaunching and new code 4 lead flashings were supplied and fitted around the stack.
This roofing project involved stripping up the existing roof covering which was corrugated bituminous cardboard sheeting and roof decking which we disposed of. We then fitted a new 18mm OSB plywood roof decking and covered the roof area with 3 layers of High Performance Waterproofing Mineral Felt. We had to remove and fit new ridge tiles on the front of the garage roof and make good the existing roof tiles.
