Breyer Group was originally founded as an asphalt roofing contractor by Fred Breyer in 1956 and our construction company is still family owned today and is currently managed by Tim Breyer.

Our experience of providing high-quality internal and external refurbishment spans many years and we are currently involved in over 40 frameworks and partnering arrangements with local authorities and independent housing associations which include social housing developments, sheltered accommodation, community estates and high rise blocks. A pre-construction survey is an inspection of your home before the commencement of refurbishment and construction works. This will be conducted by one of our in-house professional Building Surveyors.

Breyer Construction carried out External Planned Maintenance Programme under the Lewishm Homes contract, in the South East area of London.

We are MCS accredited (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) an internationally recognised quality assurance scheme supported by the Department of Energy and Climate Change. Breyer Renew is our specialist environmental and sustainability division. Established five years ago in response to rising demand for renewable energy solutions, and to meet changing government targets imposed on both new-build and refurbishment projects, Renew has brought our retrofit and green energy programmes under one roof.
