At McAdam Roofing Ltd, we invest in our staff. Training is a high priority of ours as it ensures safe working practices are followed, work is carried out to a high standard and staff feel valued. All our staff are trained to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Slating and Tiling. We have a specialist in lead work who has completed the Traditional Lead work Craft and four members of staff who have completed a Lead Bossing and Welding Course.

All our flat roofing systems are covered with a company written guarantee for your peace of mind. As we are members of the Competent Roofer scheme, we can self-certify all our works, that are compliant with current Building Regulations with the local council. A discussion with the client will determine the system of use for the serving roof, which will cover waterproofing material, insulation and ventilation, as required.

We are approved members of the Competent Roofer Scheme, the scheme enables us to self-certify the replacement of your new roof covering without the need for a Council Building Regulations Application which saves our clients' time and money. Not only will you save money, you will also have the added reassurance that our work meets the exacting standards of current Building Regulations. We are fully accredited by The National Federation of Roofing Contractors, which is the largest roofing trade association in the UK.

All our re-roofing projects are guaranteed for ten years and an underwritten guarantee is also available. All to comply with current BS534 in Slating and Tiling. We also carry out a thermal appraisal of the roof space and upgrade as necessary, again to comply with Building Regulations.
